- Marcus by Goldman Sachs;
- Royal Bank of Canada;
- Scotiabank;
- Simplii Financial;
- Synchrony Bank;
- TD Canada Trust;
- PayPal.
The mentioned financial institutions might have sync issues that cause delays in updates, pulling the most recent data, etc. You are also may face the issue that you won't be able to connect the above-listed banks to PocketGuard.
No worries, we are aware of this! Our data aggregation providers are working diligently with each financial institution's representatives in order to troubleshoot as soon as possible. Our customer support team monitors the updates and will let you know as soon as issues are resolved. Unfortunately, we have no ETA at the moment.
In case you are facing one of the mentioned problems, please refresh your bank accounts manually:
1. Go to Accounts;
2. Locate an account you'd like to refresh;
3. Hit the "•••" button to the right of the institution's name;
4. Tap Refresh.
After that, let us know at support@pocketguard.com so we can file your case with our data aggregation providers.
