The mentioned financial institutions might have sync issues that causing delays in updates, pulling the most recent data, etc. You are also may face the issue while you won't be able to connect the above-listed banks to PocketGuard.
No worries, we are aware of this! Our data aggregation provider is working diligently with each financial institution's representatives in order to troubleshoot as soon as possible. Our customer support team monitors the updates and will let you know as soon as issues would be resolved. Unfortunately, we have no ETA at the moment.
In case you are facing one of the mentioned problems, please refresh your bank accounts manually:
1. Go to Accounts;
2. Hit a cogwheel icon in the top right corner;
3. Select an account;
4. Scroll down and hit "Refresh account".
After that, let us know at email@example.com, so we could file your case with our data aggregation provider.
