Filtering and Multiple Edit features

Filtering and multiple edit help you quickly review and update multiple transactions at once. Instead of editing transactions individually, you can narrow down your transaction list using filters and then apply changes to all selected transactions in a single action.

How do filters work?

Filters are available on the Transactions tab and can be accessed by tapping the icon located on the right side of the search bar. Filters allow you to limit the transaction list to only the entries you want to review or edit.

You can filter transactions by date or time period, amount, category, account, merchant name, and status, including transactions that are hidden from calculations. Multiple filters can be applied at the same time to further refine the results.

Once filters are applied, the transaction list updates automatically and shows only the matching transactions.

What is multiple edit and how does it work?

The multiple edit icon is located at the top of the screen on the right side and becomes available once you select transactions. Multiple edit allows you to apply the same change to several transactions at once.

With multiple edit, you can update categories, rename merchants, change transaction dates, add or edit tags, and hide transactions from calculations. All selected transactions are updated simultaneously, making it faster and easier to manage large numbers of transactions.
